Visa Refusals.

 

Visa applications can be refused for several reasons, including:

The AAT has the power to verify, vary, set aside, or overturn the decision. We will undertake the following steps with the AAT on your behalf:

  1. Careful assessment of department decision and whether the decision can be appealed

  2. Lodgement of Appeal application to AAT within statutory time limitations

  3. Case preparation and court hearing appearances

Visa Cancellations.
